Shri Mukesh Sirohi is a nationally respected social reformer, human rights advocate, and public leader with more than two decades of experience in civic empowerment, anti-corruption movements, political organisation, and social justice initiatives across India. As the Chairman of the Indian National Human Rights Council of India (INHRCI) since 2019, he has been at the forefront of strengthening legal awareness, promoting constitutional values, and addressing issues affecting marginalized citizens.
A dedicated social reformer and human rights advocate, Mukesh Kumar Sirohi has spent over two decades working at the intersection of justice, governance, and community upliftment. His journey reflects a rare blend of grassroots activism, administrative leadership, and a deep commitment toward equality, transparency, and national integrity. As Chairman of the Indian National Human Rights Council of India, he has directed national strategies on human rights protection, legal reform, minority rights, and civic empowerment, coordinating with legal experts and government bodies to promote accountability and transparency. His work includes steering campaigns on custodial justice, women’s safety, and access to legal aid for vulnerable populations.
